While your car is with us we give it a proper once-over. Brakes, tyres, suspension, leaks and fluids all get checked. If something is starting to wear, we'll show you, explain it plainly and tell you what can wait and what can't.

Will a logbook service at an independent workshop void my new car warranty?
No. Under Australian Consumer Law you can have your car serviced by a qualified independent mechanic as long as the manufacturer's schedule is followed and suitable parts are used. Keep your logbook stamped and your invoices, and your warranty stays intact.
What's the difference between a logbook service and a basic service?
A logbook service follows the specific items your manufacturer lists for that interval, which can include things like spark plugs, filters, coolant or brake fluid on top of the engine oil. A basic service usually covers oil, filter and a general check.
How often should my car be serviced?
Your logbook or owner's manual sets the interval, usually by time or kilometres, whichever comes first. If you mostly do short trips, tow, or sit in stop-start traffic, your manufacturer may list a harsher conditions schedule that comes around sooner.
Will you call me before doing extra work?
Yes. If we find something outside the job you booked, we'll contact you, explain what we found and give you the price before going ahead. Nothing extra gets done without your okay.
